Grady became unpredictable with an on/off switch and he but foster. Mrs morin called very upset this week and Gale went to pick him up. He turned on Gale too in the short time that he was with her. Sadly Grady was PTS.

However I am moving them to moved on. Grady was too strong for them and they wanted a small female.

Grady bit Mrs morin. He had an on/off switch which was unpredictable. Grady was PTS. I wrote a note to Morins to thank them for taking Grady into their home and sorry how it ended. I did not indicate that he was PTS. Just to say thank you for taking him in.

              Sandi Fisk called this morning.

She and Steve and Cooper are very interested in Rex, and she asked if he was still available.

              I said yes.

I told her because of the length of time it took to pay for Cooper, that we would send the contract and ask for full payment before the dog is turned over. She said that would not be a problem, and she thought their prior history might have been a factor.

I said yes, it was, although not necessarily a deal breaker.

I gave her the surrendering owner email and phone number, and suggested she emailed first and asked for a good time to speak.

I told her we had no reason to think this family was unstable, that the reason for surrender was because the young son had developed severe allergies.

Cooper is now 92 pounds. His best friend is the next door dog. When everyone is outside, they open the gate betw/ the yards and the two dogs play and play and play.

She promises to keep me posted when she speaks with owner.

Hi Larysa, yes I gave you a call from a private room from Cisco, the place where I work. You are correct that the rescue work that I do is not full time but a volunteer job that I do. I usually do my volunteer work when I come home at night until bedtime. However I am very passionate about my volunteer work and want to help you and Teddy. There are two of us in ARG who you have talked with – me and Barbara. What we are trying to do is find a good match for Teddy. We have had a lot of inquiry on him and Julie and her family were willing to take Teddy into their home.

I am sorry you feel that you feel we are not getting anywhere on this, I feel like we are trying. If you want me to continue, I will. I will try to give you a call again today during a break from work. I’m sorry I missed being able to talk to you yesterday. I know you were available after 2 and I was tied up in meetings. As I said when I called you yesterday, I am not calling you from my cell phone but just a random meeting room that I can get into to make a private call. My cell does not work well in the office.

Let me know what you want to do.

Christina, I did not talk with Julie. I talked with a volunteer who just wanted to chat about Teddy. I called you back at about 2:30 and got a Cisco voice mail service (NC?) It looks like this AT rescue is a just a part time hobby for you guys and you are not serious about the job you do, because the way I look at it, we are not getting anywhere near to finding my Teddy a good home.

Hi. I’m Lana Byrd. I spoke with Christina from North Carolina a little over a week ago. She contacted me re finding homes for two registered male Airedale Terriers that I have, Chico 10-years old and Captain 7-years old. My husband and I are getting a divorce which forces me to move from our farm since we are having to sell it. I need to find good homes for my dogs who I care deeply about. They are in good health, great with people of all ages, are in a fenced in yard and love to dig dirt. I tell people that because all of the Airedales I’ve had would “move earth!!” I’ve not heard back from Christina and did not have a number to reach her. Could you please contact me? I’m in the Huntsville, AL area and would be willing to take the dogs up to a couple of hours away to place in a good home.

                                Sincerely,
