January 23, 2026 at 5:01 pm in reply to: 26-05 Ellie nee Lola, Female-Spayed, 43 lbs, DOB 2/2025, Valdosta GA, Doodle place with Kasper #34704
Kasper & Lola – A Bonded Pair Looking for Their Forever Home Together
Kasper and Lola are a wonderful bonded duo who must be adopted together. Their owner recently had to move and could not bring them along. These two have grown up together.
Kasper, age 2, male Airedale spent much of his early life outdoors with his siblings and had limited exposure to people, so he can be reserved at first. Once he feels safe, he enjoys playing and truly shines on walks—his absolute favorite activity. Kasper weights 50 lbs and birthdate is March 31, 2024
Lola, age 1,spayed female is a friendly, outgoing Goldendoodle (“’doodle”) who loves people and playtime. She enjoys being indoors and is crate trained and potty trained. Lola can get so excited to greet her people that she may have a small submissive pee, but this is simply part of her affectionate, eager-to-please personality. She brings confidence and joy to Kasper’s world and helps him feel secure. Lola is 43 lbs and birthdate is 2/20/25
Together, Kasper and Lola balance each other beautifully—his quiet sweetness paired with her social, loving nature. They are looking for a home that will welcome them as a pair, provide patience, structure, and affection, and give them the chance to continue growing into the happy, connected companions they are meant to be.

January 22, 2026 at 8:27 pm in reply to: 2022 Marty & Joel Goldstein, Cary, NC Good fence, ADT Exp, 1 M ADT, work from home_Adele 1.2026 #346981/2026 Marty responded by email about a ‘dale, age 2, named Adele who was looking for a home. I spoke to Marty and she will go pick up Adele in W-S on Friday, January 23. Snow/ice is expected over weekend so picking up Friday is better. She has crates to separate. Her male ‘dale is a Hoover and they have to be so careful with socks, anything on floor. They do not have dog toys so there will not be risk of fighting over dog toys. Marty said they would walk the dogs together a lot. (Could change with expected ice!).

I am sorry it has taken so long for me to respond. I saw this email early this morning just before I ran out the door for the day, and did not have time to respond.
Unfortunately, we are going to put our application for a new pup on hold for a while. My daughter is having a major surgery which requires a 6 week recovery. My husband and I are going to alternate with other family members to care for her. She lives in Washington, DC, so there will be a lot of road trips over the next few months. I do not think this would be the right time to introduce a new pup into the family.
I saw her picture and she is beautiful. I wish this could have worked out.
Thank you for thinking of us.

Hello Matthew and Holly, Susan and Jim,
I am a Airedale Rescue Group volunteer. I volunteer with Ava. I wanted to intro the Phillips and Burfords for the next step in our application process of a home visitPlease communicate with eachother for a time that y’all can meet for home visit. We ask that all family members be home for the home visit.
I realize that home visits typically take place on weekends and this weekend seems questionable for weather conditions. Please use judgement on when this occurs
Thanks

other dog, male,Airedale, 7 mos older. he raised her, she suspects he has epilepsy and she started to attack him. He has seizure. She feels horrible but she can not separate them. They play rough together. she has 2 home cats and she stays with the cats. Does not touch home cats. WIll chase anything that runs. Has killed chickens.
lives with two teenagers – but would not put her with toddlers.
when she goes to work, she puts in crate or in a sunroom with doggy door.
can be good on leash but if she sees a ‘bird’ (geese) she will yank the leash. Uses a prong collar when in public.-

December 19, 2025 at 6:58 pm in reply to: Stephanie Osborne, Raleigh, NC, ADOPTED ZOEY(RB)_Jo, 1.17.26 #34437I’m sad to report that my ARG girl, Zoey, crossed the Rainbow Bridge earlier this month. We adopted her in April 2020, during the lockdown. She was a perfect fit for our family from Day 1. She was my 5th Airedale and easily the smartest and sweetest I’ve had the honor to live with.
We would love to be considered for Airedales that need a home.
Do I need to renew my ARG application, or will my previous one survive.
Other than getting older, not much has changedDecember 14, 2025 at 12:58 pm in reply to: Natasha and Greg Shubin, Hendersonville, NC Transport #34412airenata @ sonic.net
Thank you for giving us this opportunity to have an Airedale in our life again, even if only for a short hour or so. After loosing Bailey in September I don’t think I can stomach one more death. But helping with transport, or pulling an Airedale out of shelter in surrounding areas, or maybe one day down the row even fostering short term, for that please keep us in mind
