Joanne said they have two small dogs and a cat so I look forward to hearing from her. We plan to talk on Wed 1/29 on the phone. She has not submitted the form yet but I think she will. May be good for Renee Scarlett in Stem.

Subject: Need help with relinquishment of Buddy
Ron and I adopted 2 dogs though your group. Ron and I divorced 3 months ago and he died suddenly on January 20th. Buddy is at his home. I am making 2x daily stops to play/feed/brush him. He needs to be moved immediately. I do not have a residence where I am able to keep him. I have filled out the form online last week but have not heard from anyone unless I missed something. My cell phone number is 706.331.5675. Please help me.

I needed to board Molly for 6 nights due to Jeff/Jake visiting. While at Dr Lapham, Molly rec’d a bordatella and microchip – which is registered to me. She was very playful and happy while there – good reports from kennel staff. Molly had a complimentary boarding exam where the dr checks out her joints, stomach, ears, heart – a quick check on the dog and nothing was found – she is healthy.
She was very happy to see me when I picked her up.
She and Tuna are ok at home. She has not interest in playing w/ him and he keeps play bouncing at her and she growls. Birkie is being really rude to her so I am keeping them separate.
Spoke to her vet and they were so sad to know that Tom had to surrender her. They know his dad real well and Tom used to fix their xray machine. They said that he suffered from depression. The person said that Molly has probably never been around other dogs and that she thinks that she is a cat. Her birthday is 3/5/2006. She said that Molly can be snippy when she goes into a cage so be careful. – Not biting but snippy. She also said that Molly had just been in on Thursday for a bath.
Maggie with Dr Ingle. CP has not heard from Dr Ingle since she got her – only that it was very sad story when I texted to her about the background. Per the Carlisles….Maggie and her ‘daughter’ named Charlie (likely a golden & dale mix) were abandoned in Talladegha, AL when the house was foreclosed on. An elder man/neighbor took on Charlie and Maggie. Elder man died. Carlilses niece took in the two and brought to her aunt and uncle. Both dogs were HW +. Carlisels said they could not take on 2 dogs and their vet suggested Airedale Rescue. Age is estimated by both vet and the ‘story’ that the niece understood. Both had been spayed prior to coming to Carlisles. Mrs Carlisle said that Maggie was slow to warm up but she did with food and in 2 weeks she really enjoyed the people company. She said that Maggie escaped the fence the one time that she separated Charlie & Maggie (took Charlie to vet).
