Hi Ashley, I am so sorry about the loss of your kitty and then the heat stroke for your fiance. Tough tough summer. Just let me or Barbara know when you’re ready. We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, Christina~
I’m so sorry that I haven’t replied. We’ve been having issues with our internet/phones (they’re connected). Steve and I had a long talk about the aire girl, and he is not ready to take that on. I think as some time has passed since our Jack Russell’s passing it has become a little harder for Steve to be ready to take on another dog at this time. I know that we definitely want another airedale in the near future, but not sure exactly when. Please continue to keep us in mind.
Sincerely~
Sandi Fisk

The Redds are a go as far as I can tell. They have a well behaved Airegirl who is charming and happy. Their house is small, but if they can handle 3 dogs in the space, I don’t think dogs care…lol. Their yard is fenced and medium sized. I did not meet his wife, but I assume that she is OK with two Airedales. One of their daughters has left for college, so maybe they feel that another dog is taking her place a little. Greg is very nice and talks logically about the fact that the little yappy ( Gypsy will go over and mother the little one until she stops) dog. The only problem I can see is if the new dog can’t take the noise from the little dog. She calmed down and was fine after about 4 minutes, but she was loud for that time after we came through the door. Greg also says she barks at cats who come into their driveway when she can see them through the windows.
In short, I think that they are definitely dog folks…their house was clean and not smelly, but the dogs are allowed on the furniture and settled on the couches while we were there. I can’t see any down side if you have a dog who can handle the little one’s noise. R.
