3/12/15 Greg Redd sent me a FB note about helping with a dog that was in Charleston SC area and he offered to help with transport. He let me know they adopted a male dale from NCAR. Good to know and also good to keep in mind for future transports and HV in the Columbia SC area.

I was just getting ready to send you an update on Lucy when I saw your email. She is doing great- up to 67 lbs so she has definitely filled out. She is so a couch snuggler still!! Loves her daycare which I get her to 1-2 times a week. She gets so excited when we turn down the road she practically flys out of the car to see her buddies. She has had problems with packed anal sacs which has had to be taken care of every month but we see the MD in a few weeks for her biannual check up so will see if we can change anything. Been on grain free diet which she loves and gets a tablespoon of pumpkin twice a day which should have taken care of that problem but doesnt seem to be working as of yet. Been doing good with electric fence and leash walking but still has some issues meeting other dogs on leashes so we try to avoid that all together. We still have to be careful of what we leave on counters. Had a 1 lbs 1/2 pork tenderloin on counter getting ready for the grill, pushed all the way back when Karl and I had to move cars around. Gone only max 5 min when we came backin when I saw her slinking out of kitchen. Yup- had only 1/4 lbs of it left on floor. Plate still in same spot so the little devil was very careful pulling it down. Luckily she didnt get sick either way so we learned by that. Had a good laugh much later! Sorry to hear about the other airedale. Have you fostered any others? Been keeping up to date on the website and still wish Maddie would find her forever home but I’m sure she is good with her foster. Anyway Lucy has been a pure joy for us and we are so thankful for her. Thanks to you and the rescue group! Joanne

Mandy is good, she is a bundle of joy to our house. I do have new pictures on my phone that I need to download to the computer. I will try to do that soon. I will be glad to help out any time that I can. Good luck with the transport. As always happy Dales to everyone! 🙂

Subject: Aggie, B’ham to Charlotte on St Patricks Day!
Hello Will, Hollie, Sarah and Barbara.
Thank you for helping us transport Aggie on Saturday (tomorrow!). Aggie has been through 5 weeks of heartworm treatment so she needs to remain quiet. However, she will enjoy her car riding with each of you. Please be careful as you transfer cars – letting her out of the car as an example. Please keep your hand on her leash when you open the door. She is not known to be skiddish but of course, she will be with folks that she does not know, in an area she does not know. Overall, she should be very easy and loving and grateful! SHe will have on a collar and a leash. She will travel with her vet recodrs.
Have a wonderful Saturday. Hopefully it will be a nice day and good driving weather, safe travels!

Her dale is 14 years old and a male who’s 5-6 and still quite wild.
Asked if she could help transport Jana. Nope, on work deadline.

I know that when you were home visited back in 2011, you had an eFence. Do you have a physical fence now? Jacques is a runner/roamer as he was always allowed to before. I need to understand that first.
