I would love to have a baby now and also be able to foster, but I’m back and forth between Ohio for the next three months.
So I cannot be a new mom at the moment.
Thank you for considering me.
I also can still do home inspection if you need any.
Not sure if you know,

Just before Christmas 2018: Laura drove to Anderson SC to pick up Mustang Sally to foster. She loved Sally but her parents, Tom & Sue Hoppe, loved her more after she stayed with them a few days at Christmas, so they have adopted Mustang Sally.Find another dog for Laura.

January 9, 2019 at 3:32 pm in reply to: Private: Webster, fka George, 4-y-o, Training w Cindy Green #2193701/09/19: Meredith Liemohn called jmc this morning and said they must give up Webster. He is just too strong for them and too aggressive to other dogs. They went to Sandy Sutton’s class Monday evening and before the class started, puppies were leaving from an earlier class and Webster went crazy trying to get to them and Wendell had to get on his knees to hold Webster. They can’t take him to the dog park (!) because he’s so aggressive to other dogs and must avoid other people and dogs when they walk the neighborhood. Meredith explained to me that one of the reasons Wendell wanted a dog is to be able to stop and talk to other people with dogs on their walks. It’s his socialization.
I’m waiting to hear from Sandy Sutton, but Webster needs a strong family who can tire him out and teach him not to be leash reactive.
January 9, 2019 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Private: Webster, fka George, 4-y-o, Training w Cindy Green #2194101/09/19: I spoke to Sandy Sutton and she knew this was coming. She said when Wendell & Meredith came to class Monday night they were in “panic” mode about Webster. She said one of her other people was playing with Webster and he was snapping and playing – NOT being aggressive – and Meredith got upset and was concerned that he was going to bite the woman. The woman was incredulous as was Sandy, but they stopped. She said Wendell isn’t strong enough to control Webster, but Webster is NOT aggressive; he’s just reactive to other dogs and needs to learn some self-control. He’s had no socialization and both Meredith and Wendell are now just almost afraid of him. We need to move him as soon as we can. Sandy reiterates that Webster is a great dog, just needs some training and a firm leader.
She also said that Wendell does need an Airedale, but an older, settled, gentle one.

No, James, none are in any danger. Chief is still with his owners and there is no urgent need for him to leave. Hinkley is with a trainer and is making progress. Cooper, being a real young’un, will be easier to place. I’ll keep you in mind for one a bit older. Thanks for your quick response.

Hi, James. Thinking about you because we have 3 male ‘dales currently who might love living with you.
A 9-mo-old, Cooper in Savannah, who’s had no training, but our foster mom is working with him and she’s pretty good.
A 2-yr-old, Hinkley in Atlanta, who’s in boarding with a trainer and making progress.
A 3-yr-old, Chief in Valdosta, who’s got some training, just in the wrong household. Wants to be dominant and gets pushy with people.Any of these speak to you?
Hope you had a great Christmas and that the New Year is starting off right for you.

January 4, 2019 at 12:09 pm in reply to: Private: Griffin, fka Hinkley, fka Scruffy, 2-y-o Male, Adopted by Richard & Lorie Smith #2192312/19/18: Hinkley is being fostered/trained by Cathy Abramson.
01/04/19 Hinkley has the attention span of a gnat. He hates thunder and fireworks. Cathy is working on heeling, sit, stay, come, but most of the training must be done in her basement training room because there’s been so much rain in her area. He seems to like her dogs but she has not allowed him to be off-leash with them yet. He absolutely cannot be trusted with cats or other critters. He counter surfs. May have a little separation anxiety.JMC bought a crate for him that Cathy has.
01/01/19: Laura’s parents, Tom & Sue Hoppe want to adopt Sally. JMC interviewed them and they are approved!
01/01/19: Dasher died this morning. Erin Jenkins posted on FB.
12/31/18: Laura Hoppe is probably going to keep Sally or maybe her mother.
Paid $70+ for vet visit for worms, drontal. The vet thinks she’s hound mixed with Airedale!
12/29/18: Samantha Beckman wants to adopt Holly. Talk to her about Holly’s heart worm treatment.
