Good conversation w/ her 5/23.
Their schnauzer Indigo is a champion show dog, so not spayed. They have not personally shown her, the breeder asked to. She has enjoyed it, but ready to retire, and they intend to spay her.
No kids, none expected. Her partner Al is quite a bit older, I gather.
Talked a long time about the different reasons dales come into rescue. She kept saying “but they’re terriers!”
Secure fenced yard; Indigo’s best friend is a German shepherd.
She works close to home; occasionally goes home at lunch.
I liked her; she initially asked about Lanie, and then Ladybug, but I also mentioned Jake/Herman.
I’ll ask Bay if she can home visit, and maybe Jake could go for a trial….

Surprise pup did not work out, and was returned with misguided friend to source.
